Paris Saint-Germain won 5-1 at Le Havre on Friday 30 October in Ligue 1 matchday 9, with captain Achraf Hakimi scoring three goals and setting up two, PSG and AFP reported.

Le Havre, bottom of the table, took the lead in the 18th minute when Josh Maja finished a counter-attack from Rayan Fofana’s cross, according to PSG’s match report.

Hakimi set up Mika Godts to equalise in the 26th minute and put PSG ahead two minutes later from Senny Mayulu’s pass, beating goalkeeper Arnaud Bodart at the near post. He made it 3-1 with a free kick in the 55th minute, then played Mayulu through for the fourth in the 62nd minute.

Hakimi completed his hat-trick in the 69th minute after work by Godts on the left. PSG said it was the first hat-trick of his career. Goalkeeper Matvey Safonov saved late efforts from Mbwana Samatta and Rassoul Ndiaye.

AFP reported that PSG were without the injured Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Ousmane Dembélé, Nuno Mendes and Marquinhos. AFP said it was Luis Enrique’s side’s ninth straight win in all competitions and that they lead Ligue 1 by two points from Lille.
