Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains what information Truth Network Daily (truthnetworkdaily.com) handles when you visit the site, and why. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws.
Summary
- We do not require accounts, run advertising, sell data or send newsletters.
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
- A small number of features load data from outside services. They are listed below.
Who we are
Truth Network Daily is an independent news website run by a small independent team. Contact: [email protected].
Information we collect
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It does not set cookies, does not use browser fingerprinting and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, country, and browser or device type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). As with any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, to consider a tip or correction, and to keep a record of corrections. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. It uses the following, only in the situations described:
- Translation (only if you choose a language). If you pick a language from the language button, two session cookies are set (
tnd_trandgoogtrans) so the chosen language carries across pages. They expire when you close your browser. Google's translation script may set its own cookies once it is loaded. - Install banner. If you dismiss the "install app" hint, your browser stores a note (
tnd-install-hint, local storage) so the hint stays hidden for 30 days. - Offline reading. The site uses a service worker that stores copies of pages, images and site files in your browser's cache so recently viewed pages can load faster or offline. This stays on your device.
You can clear all of these at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
These services receive requests directly from your browser. Each one can see your IP address and browser details, as with any web request:
- Cloudflare – hosting and Web Analytics (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).
- Google Translate – loaded only after you choose a language other than English. The text of the page is sent to Google for translation (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- CoinGecko – cryptocurrency prices in the market ticker (https://www.coingecko.com/en/privacy).
- gold-api.com – gold price in the market ticker.
Share buttons are plain links to social networks (such as X, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and Reddit). They load nothing from those networks until you click one; after that, the network's own privacy policy applies.
Some of these providers are located in other countries, including the United States, so information they process may be handled outside the country where you live.
How we use and disclose information
We use the information above to run and secure the site, understand which content is read, reply to messages and correct errors. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers listed above, or where required by law.
Security and retention
We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of corrections. Data held by Cloudflare, Google and the ticker providers is retained under their own policies.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the data protection or privacy regulator where you live.
Children
The site is a general news service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
