Editorial Standards

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Truth Network Daily exists to inform people about real events and give them the facts to think for themselves. These are the rules our reporting follows.

What we publish

  • News about world events, business and finance, crypto, technology, sport and entertainment.
  • Short, plain stories that say what happened, who was involved, when and where, and what officials or named sources said.
  • We aim for confirmed facts only. If something cannot be confirmed from solid sources, we leave it out.

Sourcing and attribution

  • Every claim is attributed to the person, organisation or document it comes from.
  • Each story lists its sources as links at the bottom, so readers can check them. We link to the original publisher.
  • We write in our own words. We use brief direct quotes only, and we do not copy articles.
  • Where sides disagree, we give each side's stated position. In conflicts where rival sides make claims we cannot independently confirm, we say so near the top of the story.
  • Fast-moving figures, such as market prices, casualty counts and scores, carry an "as of" time.

No opinion, no taking sides

Our reporting does not contain opinion, speculation presented as fact, or loaded language. Any assessment of why something matters is attributed to a named official, institution or expert. We do not publish opinion columns, sponsored content, press releases or satire.

Dates and updates

Every article shows the date and time it was first published. Times are in GMT (UTC). When a story is updated, we show an "Updated" date on the article. Errors are handled under our corrections policy.

Newsroom and bylines

Stories are written and edited by V Miovic, editor of Truth Network Daily. Every story carries the byline V Miovic, which links to the editor line on our About page.

Ownership and funding

Truth Network Daily is an independent news website run by a small independent team. The site carries no advertising and sells no data, and no story is paid for or sponsored. If that ever changes, paid or sponsored material will be clearly labelled and kept separate from our reporting.

Photos and images

Photos are free-to-reuse images, such as public domain, Creative Commons or official government images, and each is credited on the article with its source and licence. We do not use news-agency photos or AI-generated images of real people.

Corrections and feedback

If you think we got something wrong, email [email protected] with the link and what you believe is wrong. See the corrections policy for how we handle it.
