Bellingham scores his 50th Real Madrid goal in a 3-0 win at Racing Santander

Real Madrid beat Racing Santander 3-0 at El Sardinero on Sunday 1 November (kick-off 3:15pm GMT) in La Liga matchday 11, BBC Sport and the club reported.

Kylian Mbappé scored from the penalty spot in the 11th minute after Matteo Prati brought him down. RTVE said the penalty was disputed by Racing.

Jude Bellingham made it 2-0 in the 21st minute, running on to an Arda Güler pass and taking the ball past goalkeeper Julen Agirrezabala. BBC Sport said it was his 50th goal for Real Madrid in all competitions since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2023. Yan Diomande volleyed in a third in the 36th minute after a corner was half-cleared.

In the second half Mbappé hit the post, and a penalty awarded to Racing for handball against Aurélien Tchouaméni was overturned after a VAR review, which ruled the contact accidental. Bellingham had a late second goal disallowed for offside.

Real Madrid said it was José Mourinho’s side’s sixth straight win in all competitions; BBC Sport counted five. Real Madrid are third on 27 points, behind Barcelona (30) and Atlético Madrid (28), according to BBC Sport’s table. Racing are 16th on 11.
