Anthropic to put 5% of its shares into a new 'Public Benefit Fund'
The AI company says the stake, subject to stockholder approval, could grow by 2 percentage points for every 50% rise in its value above a set baseline. It says none of the fund's equity will be used for lobbying or political giving.
